How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Daughtersthink Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Daughtersthink Septic went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Daughtersthink Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@daughtersthink.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
